i pre-ordered the limited edition package like a month ago, but a week ago warner sent me an e-mail saying:

I’m sorry, that really sucks! I don’t know if there is much you can do. Try using a different credit card (if you have one). Mabey you can borrow a really nice friend’s (or parent’s) credit card and pay them back. I can’t think of anything else. Good luck though!

On Yahoo answers I asked a DVD Burnwer quesdtion and someone said this: If the error message relates to DVD creator, regardless of which software package you are using, it would suggest there is an association in place for this particular application.What does this mean?,Does anybody know. Your help would be really and I mean REALLY appreciated!!! THANK YOU!!!!

It means That files are "associated" with
a particular Program ie doc is usually Associated with IE WORD

To change association (meaning the program that is called to execute the program)

Right click the File in question and choose open with
you can then choose a different program to Open the file.

To change an association Open My Computer
Open TOOLS ( Folder Options) click (file types)
Under this heading are all the "associations"
Which are called on to "OPEN" a particular program
to Change an association Click (CHANGE)
Then choose the location and program you wish to "OPEN" the file with.

Certainly you can.Just burn the RAR file as into a data dvd.

CVS has been recognised for over 100 years, but we still know very little about the cause of the problem and there is still no recognised treatment.

CVS is characterised by recurrent, prolonged attacks of severe vomiting, nausea and lethargy, with no apparent cause. Vomiting persists at frequent intervals, 5-6 times per hour at the peak, for periods ranging from hours to 10 days or more. It most commonly lasts for between 1 and 4 days. The episodes are self-limiting and tend to be similar to each other in symptoms and duration. The sufferer is generally in good health between episodes.

There is no diagnostic clinical or laboratory tests for CVS itself, but when all specific conditions that could cause the symptoms have been eliminated by testing, doctors may classify the illness as Cyclical Vomiting ‘Syndrome’. This means that people with CVS may show a range of symptoms, one goal of the CVSA is to help develop better diagnostic criteria, so that sufferers are diagnosed more quickly and accurately than has been the case previously.

I make an internet cartoon and I’m releasing DVD’s soon. However, one of the cartoon styles is where one of cartoon characters reviews movies. In the review he show clips of the film.
I wonder if it is legal to put these cartoons on my DVD? I state clearly at the start of each review what company owns the movie and it’s clips are the intellectual property of and at the end it says Copyright to "whoever". I give credit where credit is due but I need to know if it’s legal to make money off these DVD’s if it has clips of other movies?

You have a couple of misconceptions about copyright. First, giving credit does NOT excuse you from copyright infringement. Second, whether or not you make money is irrelevant as far as copyright infringement is concerned. For example, let’s say I make unlawful copies of a DVD or CD and give them away for free. Am I excused from copyright infringement simply by crediting the copyright holder? Am I excused from copyright infringement because I don’t make any money? Of course no to both questions.

It’s possible that you may have a defense to copyright infringement through fair use. The factors for determining fair use are shown at the link below. Another possibility is to ask for permission from the studios. If you receive permission, then you don’t have to rely on a fair use defense.
